This deal is Babble’s fourth of the year.

Cloud Comms, Contact Centre and Cyber solutions firm, Babble, has announced its fourth deal of 2020, acquiring Shape Networks. The deal marks the next step in Babble’s growth as the company sets its sights on an ambitious future.

Offering end-to-end voice and data solutions to customers, Shape Networks is a leading communications company that provides unrivalled customer experience alongside its state-of-the-art technology. The acquisition will enhance Babble’s ability to offer the most agile and efficient cloud-based solutions to organisations, allowing them to adapt rapidly to the changing world of work.

Since 2017, Babble has delivered a combination of impressive double-digit organic and acquisitive growth, including the purchase of Arden Group, Direct Response Plus, Diva Telecom, Lake Technologies and CMT. The business has more acquisitions in the pipeline.

Matt Parker, CEO at Babble, said: “This is a thrilling and defining time for Babble. As we continue to expand through acquiring high-quality businesses, we are getting closer step by step towards our £100m revenue target. We focus on innovative and resilient businesses that are making interesting moves, and Shape Networks fits perfectly within that category.”

James Munro, Founder and CEO at Shape Networks, said: “We are delighted to announce that Shape Networks has been acquired by Babble. A progressive and ambitious business such as Babble has the capabilities to continue to provide our customers with more innovative solutions, whilst still upholding the highest level of customer service.”
