The leading technology business has won the accolade for the second year running. 

Babble Contact, the contact centre-specific division of cloud-based solution business, Babble, has been announced as the Five9 EMEA Reseller of the Year for the second consecutive year at a virtual awards ceremony which took place yesterday (16th September).

As a leading provider of cloud contact centre software globally, the Five9 Partner Awards recognise outstanding contributors to the success of its customers across the world. After driving record European sales for Five9 over the last 12 months, Babble, which increases customer engagement by enabling high-quality, positive, productive and ultimately more profitable conversations with customers, saw off competition from partners throughout Europe to land the prestigious Five9 EMEA Partner of the Year award.

The title is a testament to Babble’s relentless strive to build long-term relationships with clients and implement services that guarantee business continuity and eliminate the hassle and expense of traditional on-premise contact centre software. The announcement comes after one of the most successful years for Five9, with bookings at record levels following Babble’s outstanding sales, complemented by real investment to understand how their clients’ businesses, competitors and customers operate.
